Roasted Red Pepper Dip


Ingredient:

1 Jar roasted red peppers,drained and diced
1 Container sour cream
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard
1 Teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, roasted red peppers, garlic, Dijon mustard sauce and hot pepper sauce.Chill in the refrigerator 2 hours, or until cold, before serving.
